How to use the Lobby

So, you’ve taken your first steps on the road to poker superstardom by opening an account with Ladbrokes Poker - an educated decision, if we do say so ourselves – begun your first bankroll, and are champing at the bit to take a few quid off Nebuchad. So what now? Well, the Ladbrokes Poker lobby has a number of different features, so it can be a little difficult to know where to begin. To help you out, here’s a handy guide to finding your way around.

The Top Display

• Ticker - Will display current promotions and special offers.
• Tournament points - displays your current total of tournament points.
• In Play - how much money a player has on the tables currently ‘in play’.
• Balance - A players remaining balance available.
• Cashier - this button will take you to your cashier page for depositing and withdrawal functions. You can also deposit via the website.

The Menu Button (bottom left)

• Register - Takes you to the registration pages to create an account.
• Help - This will allow a player access to pages to provide information and support.
• My Account - A shortcut to a player’s account pages and all associated information, including the Raked Hands Checker.
• Options - A list of the most common table settings for quick and easy adjustment for ease of play.
• Pokerbet - Clicking here opens the PokerBet software.
• Change Lobby View - This allows a player to chose from the classic ‘tree view’ lobby or the quick and easy ‘quick play’ view for those wanting a simple and fast access to the tables or the ‘Advanced’ view for those looking for more specific offerings.
• Private Tables - Quick and simple access to creating your own private cash or S’n’G tables for you and your friends.
• Integrity - A link to our legal statements and Terms and conditions along with site information of a more technical nature.

The rest of the bottom ‘Smarty’ bar

• Promotions - This takes you to the promotions information section within the software.
• Cashier - Takes you to the easy and quick cashier pages for deposit and withdrawal options.
• Homepage - A fast and easy link to the website within the software for easy access to any and all information on our product and support material.
• Buddies - A fast and simple way to manage and track your online friends.
• Help - If a player needs any assistance on anything from banking to customer services then this button will link a player to the right pages.
• Casino Lobby - Want to play some table games, this will take you to the casino lobbies. It will not do anything if you are in the casino lobby already.
• Poker Lobby - If you are in the casino lobby this button will swiftly take you back to the poker lobby you last viewed.

The Left-hand Menu

• Poker: Tables - All of Ladbrokes’ poker tables. Click on the ‘plus’ (+) sign next to an option to ‘explode’ the menu. You can select from Beginners tables (micro-stake games, perfect for newcomers to cash), cash tables, MTTs, STTs, Free Play and Private Tables if you want a game with just you and your friends! All freerolls and qualifiers to offline events such as the World Series of Poker can be found in the MTT section.
• Poker: My Lobby - Here you will find games and tables that you have selected as favourites, as well as a calendar in which you place reminders about events.
• Private games - This is where a player will find all listings of private tables. When you select an option in the left-hand menu by clicking on it, your chosen information will display in the main middle pane of the lobby. To enter a tournament or cash table, simply double-click on it’s details and the table will automatically load.

The Right-hand Pane

• Scrolling Banner - The scrolling banner gives information about long-term promotions. Just click on a banner to be taken to the corresponding article to find out full details.

Note: once a table has been selected the banner will disappear and the information for that table or tournament will appear in its place.
